Not sure how this software will actually work until I get my hands on a review copy, but based on the quality of Flexispy’s other products, I’m confident the iPhone Spy Phone will deliver as promised. From what I’ve read and heard, here is how I would rate Flexispy iPhone Spy Phone software.

Spy Features (*****) Flexispy will have it all. SMS logging, call history, email, and GPS tracking. No other iPhone Spy software currently offers all the features as Flexispy will.

Price (***) Until I get a definite price, I’m going to just go down the middle. Flexispy hasn’t always been the cheapest, but thats because you are paying for top quality. Their software is currently the market leader, so you get what you pay for. Getting caught trying to spy on someone is just not worth trying to save a little bit of money.

Installation (***) Again, I’m going neutral until I test out an actual version, but based on what I’ve heard, it will have a very easy installation process.

Ease Of Use (****) I’m assuming Flexispy’s iPhone version will be similar to all their other products, so their UI will be top notch.

Customer Support (*****) Flexispy is tough to beat when it comes to customer support. What was once a part of their company that I always complained publicly about, they are now leading the industry in offering the best customer experience out there. They offer live chat, Skype, email, and multiple live telephone support numbers.

Flexispy iPhone Spy Phone software sounds great. When is it coming? I’m waiting!! I read it was coming Dec 21, but now its almost mid Jan and no Flexispy iPhone spy product?

Hello. I purchased Flexispy for my teenager’s iphone and have been very happy so far. I was about to buy Mobile Spy’s iPhone spy, but decided to pay the extra money (almost 150 bucks more) to buy Flexispy because I really wanted the tracking feature. Let me tell you coming from a parent’s perspective, that this kind of spy software is heaven sent. I worry when my daughter goes on a date, when she goes out with her friends, just about everytime she steps outside the door, i worry about her. at least now i can track her movements when i need to. i actually didnt buy flexispy to track her and spy on her all the time, i only wanted to have the option in case i was put in a situation where i had to find out where she is or if she gets stalked by someone. At least now I’ll have records of her text messages, emails, phone calls, and other important items.

I know I hanvt touched much on Flexispy, but wanted to first give my reasons and feelings behind my purchase. I can tell you one thing, Flexispy was very easy to install, and so far ive been very impressed with it. Everything they promised on their website works. I can read all her text messages, see who is calling her, who she is emailing, and as I said above, i now have records of her location. This is a great product!

If you are a parent, and need to have the ability to spy on your teen’s iphone, do not hesitate. Flexispy’s iPhone software works.

This product works. I bought Mobile Spy’s iPhone spy software and never got it installed. Instructions were not easy, and I felt i had to be a computer technician to install it. I gave up and bought Flexispy’s iphone spy software and the installation was soooooooo easy. on top of that, i had a lot more controls than the Mobile Spy version, and even got GPS tracking. Flexispy’s iphone spy version is by far the best one out there. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for this type of software.

I think flexispy is great except I keep having problems getting onto their server. It keeps timing out on me. THis has happened 5 times in the 2 months since I bought it. Customer service not helpful since you need to get onto the website to talk to a live person.should supply a phone number to its clients. THey keep having problems with their server.

Intro (see Conclusion below)
I have been using Flexispy for iPhone for about 2 weeks now to monitor my teens’ iPhones. We’ve already been able to nip a couple of situations in the bud, before they became problems. The hardest part is figuring out how you can “know” about the situation without blowing your spy cover.

Spy Features (*****)
They deliver everything they promise here. I log in and everything is there - the texts, emails, call logs, location. The location is accurate to within 100-200 yards, I’d say, which is close enough for me.

Price (*****)
It’s not cheap, but this is worth it to me to be able to monitor my teens’ activity. It’s for their protection and safety.

Installation (*****)
Installation was very easy, once the phone was jailbroken. They also provided instructions on how to jailbreak the iPhone using pwnage. I was a little nervous about this part, but it worked like a charm. I would say the whole process took me about an hour or two. I backed up the iPhone first, and also tested the program afterwards, so you could probably do this in less time - 30-45 minutes for a first-timer?? (Also, I didn’t think in advance about what my SMS commands would be, so I had to spend some time thinking about that.) If your iPhone is already jailbroken, it’s a snap. Downloading and configuring the software can be done in a matter of minutes. RECOMMENDATIONS: If you will only have a limited amount of time with the phone, do some homework before you get the phone in your hands. Read through all the instructions in advance, download the jailbreak software onto your PC, figure out what you want your SMS commands to be, and write them down. This will make the installation process go much faster, and you will not have to have the phone for as long.

Ease of Use (***)
I’ll separate this into the web interface and the actual phone:

Ease of Use - Web Interface (*****)
Everything is there: texts, emails, call logs, location. You can search by different criteria, sort your data, and download the data to Excel and a couple of other formats. The sort feature is nice, so you can sort the text messages into “conversations” - much easier to read. It would be nice if the content of the text message was visible on the list, so you wouldn’t have to click each one individually and wait for it to download to read it. I’ve compensated for this by just downloading the data into Excel and reading it that way. If I don’t have too many to read, I do it on the website.

Ease of Use - Phone (*)
The only complaint I have with this software is on the actual phone. I have three issues: (1) If the phone gets low on battery (20%-30%?), the data capture completely stops. My teens can still use their phone for another few hours on that amount of battery power, so a lot of data is missing. When the phone recharges, the data capture doesn’t automatically start up again. Each time, I have been able to eventually get it started up again, but I have had to get the phone, restart the phone, resend the Flexikey to the phone. I still haven’t narrowed down the exact formula for getting it restarted. (2) Sometimes, the program icon will not unhide so I can make changes to the configuration. This should be an easy process - simply send the Flexikey to the phone and the phone restarts with the program icon unhidden. I’ve had to refine the settings over time to optimize battery life (because of issue above), so I periodically need to get back to the program on the phone. When I can’t unhide the icon, I’ve had to restore the iPhone (an hour or so on my teen’s computer where they sync it, so the correct data and apps will be there), re-jailbreak it, and reinstall the software. (Re-jailbreaking without restoring, as suggested by the support team, caused all phone service to stop.) Needless to say, this has required a significant amount of time, usually in the middle of the night, while my teens are asleep. (3) The SMS commands don’t work the way the developers say they do. They are supposed to show up as a normal text message. They do correctly tell the phone what to do (for the ones I’ve used), but they show up in a suspicious way. When I send the text, it appears on the phone as a normal text notification, but then it disappears when my teen goes to the text app to read it.

Customer support (***)
The support team is in Thailand, and is only available M-F 10:30am-7:30pm Bangkok time (10:30pm-7:30am Central Standard USA). I have tried to contact them by phone several times during these hours, and have never yet reached anyone. I did leave a message once, and received a call the next day - 24 hours later. (To their credit, they waited until 6:30am to call, being sensitive to the fact that we in the US sleep through most of their office hours.) The guy was very polite and very helpful and spoke impeccable English, although by then I had scrambled around on my own to get the program working again. They do respond to emails, although I do think something was lost in translation through email. Again, by the time I heard from anyone, I had more or less fixed the problem on my own. The chat feature isn’t for support. They recommend that you contact support by phone or email. When I explained that I had been trying to call and didn’t reach anyone, even though it was during their official office hours, they quickly ended the chat session with no further comment! (I hadn’t been rude - I was just trying to find out when the “real” best time was to reach someone - if it was 3:00am, fine, I’d just set my alarm, get up then and call them. Unfortunately, I got no answer to this.)

Conclusion:
Overall, this software is a great monitoring package. The most important consideration is getting the data, and the software does this very well (when the phone has plenty of battery), with a great web interface. I would definitely recommend this software, if you will be able to get your hands on the target phone over and over again, and don’t mind spending the time to keep it working.

WISH LIST:
-24 hour customer support by phone or chat
-SMS commands that show up as a regular text (don’t disappear)
-Bug fixes (Flexikey won’t unhide program icon)
-Configuration option to allow data capture to continue until phone battery dies (so you could have all the data)
-Web interface to include option to show the SMS content in the list view (so you wouldn’t have to click each and every one to read it).
-Future functionality to capture activity on other popular iPhone apps: AIM, Facebook, MySpace,picture messaging apps
